Benefits of assembling your own computer

It's good!

When you assemble you own PC, you can use back your old parts, or take from friends if they have extras, this will save you some money. Use those money for extras in your PC.

You'll know your "child" better than anyone else lol it helps when you're fixing problems along the way

If you buy one set from a major brand name, whenever there's a problme with hardware, you gotta pay a high price to get the parts replaced (this happens after the warranty period is over). When you build your own, you can have generic parts at a cheaper price.

You are in control of your PC, PCs from major brands cover the inside with warranty seals, ain't that a bummer!

At last...................
it feels great to see what you've built working smooth like butter! lol
For instance, I'm typing this out from my newly built PC!

lol

These are all good tips and knowing from experience, it usually is cheaper since, like you said, you end up using old parts. (Most of the time.)

Hmmm its good practice to assemble ur own pc while buying for the 2nd or 3rd time. for the fist time it time to learn how to assemble. Then you may go for next one to be assembled.

Usually we get a bundled offer from PC manufacturers. The user may have to fix additional components as per requirement.

It is advisable to go in for assembled PCs, fixing components as per our choice. The product makes it cheap with complete warranty and gives us satisfaction. However, this may not be suitable for first time buyers who cannot fix simple problems.

And doing such things require some hardware knowledge of computers which not everyone has. Hardware can be a real pain in then neck if you aren't completely sure of what you are doing.

I have just said this thing in another topic too , s i'll say the same thing here also .
I think buliding a pc may sound pretty cool and easy , but it is just not or everyone , i read a survey that this is becoming a very popular practise , but more than half the people who build their own pc have some or the other kinds of problems , So i guess the best bet is to buy the parts and let an expert do the seemingly for a small price .
