Concept of mentoring

Almost everyone faces problems abd obstacles in work as well as personal life.

In these instances it would be good if you have someone to fall back on. Select someone you respect and trust so that you can confide and learn. This will help boost your confidence and ofcourse steer you towards betterment.

Nowadays the conept of mentoring is gaining grounds officially!

Why dont you start practicing?

But, where do we find good mentors,
in a world so corrupted and polluted,
a world where everyone tries to take advantage of another person, especially the freshies, how would you be able to find any good mentors anymore?

Definetly, you will be able to find someone whom you look up...both at work & life, you can approach such people & request them to be your mentor.
If your chosen mentor is really a good personality as your prediction, there shouldn't be a problem in developing this mentoring!

mentors?
hmmmm,
they're great if you can find a good one,
it's not an everyday occasion that you just walk up to someone and say, hey, would you like to be my mentor?

lol

but sincere mentors can really help you a great deal in your journey i think, good luck finding one!

The mentor is typically more experienced than his or her protege. He or she possesses the wisdom that only experience can provide. The protege is someone who is looking to move up the career ladder, usually following in the footsteps of the mentor. The relationship benefits both mentor and protégé. The protégé receives guidance and helpful advice. Invitations to industry events and introductions to industry higher-ups may be forthcoming. The mentor benefits from the opportunity to strengthen his or her leadership skills.
