The likely campaign of Google to market the recent goal for the benefit of non-english speakers across the internet has been on implementation, although the rest of the internet is still in the English language.
There will be no problem because this ground breaking event in the search engine community is the way for other parts of the world to expand and get more result from their searches. By this time the cross language version for google has only 12 languages.
