cutting off spill
The reason you are getting a lot of spill is because your subject is too close to your screen, see if you can get more separation, another thing to watch for is making sure you have enough back lighting, if most of your back lighting is reflected, then you will get a lot of spill. Also consider using some flags to minimize bounced lighting. there is a great success with white and black as well, the key is the back lighting to get a clean separation.
