How much important is salary negotiation ?

How important is it in your thinking that salary be negotiated ?
Well I see it as a very important part , it makes stand for you and your integrity and credibility .
For example , if you settle for anything you are expected to work for only that much . Saying a salary mean that you respect your skills .

MY OPINION: I greatly believe that it is indeed important to talk about the compensation because i guess that is one of the major considerations. But of course, we should always do it it in an ethical manner. Let's not deal with it as if its the only thing on Earth that we need!
