I think this is a great aspect of any career .Resume is your mirror to the employers . so let us discuss the musts of a resume and the points .

- Practicality
- do not write what you dont know .
- no spell errors and bad punctuation
- good presentaion
- it should have some integrity

I have looked at the site and think it is very nice as help to write good resumes or cover letters. I had to write a lot of those and know it can be hard. I mean what to write, what should be in it, does it sound good, did you forget anything,....I think everyone that needs some help can find it there.
