Windows alarm

hi,
Anyone know that is there any way to set an alarm for any fix time in windows OS?

e.g. i want to set an alarm/reminder for 10:30 PM, can i set it to my computer, that it reminds me.

Or i have to use any other utility for it?

Hmm, I think you might be able to do it in the new Windows Vista. I know the Windows Vista has a feature with a calendar, but I don't know what good that does. I know how to set a shutdown timer on the computer, but you need an alarm. I'm really not sure. I guess you can try googling it.
