Question A friend that curses you

I have been wondering this for a week now. I had a major misunderstanding with a friend. Both of us shouted at eachother but I didn't curse or say something bad to her.

I was shocked when she asked for a fight. When things get a little bit better, I asked her why she cursed me and badmouthing me. She said that she is really like that when she is so angry....
I was so angry too at that time, but never did I say something bad or curse her. :(

Is it really like that? I mean, can a real friend ask you for a fight or curse you when she/he is angry?

I guess it all depends on what the argument was about in the first place. Was it something really emotional? We all lose it once a while. But then, there are some who are losing it constantly!

How old is this friend? My girlfriend used to get like that when she was younger but she has calmed down quite a bit with age. Your friend has to understand that when she says things that are hurtful, even if she didn't mean them, you are really hurt. The words just don't go away and the friendship is compromised.
I don't consider someone who feels justified in talking to a friend that way a person you need in your corner. People like that get an inch and take a mile.

Yes, 22 is a selfish age. You need to get friends that you can really count on, because it doesn't get any easier. Guys are never really your friends. They just want one thing no matter what they say! You need some girls to rely on when the going gets tough. Hey, are you close to your mom? They never fail you.
