How many of you have been following the Anna Nicole Smith story? It is so sad that another woman has died not knowing her own self worth. She was used by men for their own amusement. They made money off her sweat and humiliation. No-one ever told her that what she thought and said mattered.
Let us all hope that she has found the peace in death that eluded her in life.

Yeah I've been following the story somewhat. I think its dumb that a judge gets to declare where she wants to be burried, but then again if people argue then I guess he has to. She's been through alot in her life. Have they figured out why she died yet?

It is not clear what the exact cause was, but vicadin and methadone were found in her room. It may have been an accidental death and it may not have. She was supposed to be buried in the Bahamas today next to Daniel. I haven't watched any news so I don't know if that went off without a hitch. Greed can do strange things to people.

I have read a few of the things about her death and what is going on now. I think it is quite sad. I saw the video Howard K. Stern made of her where he is asking her if she is on a mushroom trip ?! That was very sad to see how she reacted and how down she already was then. I can not imagine how her life must have been.

But I mean she is responsible for how her life was and how it ended, if it where drugs nobody forced her to take them. I have read the medical examer is going to release this week the cause of death. I am also curious what is going to happen with the child and who is going to get custody of her. I am sure one of the reasons they want custody is the money.

I am sure she is in a better place now though.

I agree.
It is very sad to hear about her passing. It was so unexpected too. Atleast now she is with her son who she was most upset about losing not too long before herself. It's just too bad that she has left her beautiful little daughter behind and with an uncertain future.

Do you all think that the rumours are true about how she use to starve her daughter so that she could grow up to be skinny and beautiful? I know Anna wasn't the best rold model, but I think she had more sense than to do that to her own child.

Who knows. I guess its possible. Even though celebrities get so much money, the pressure they face is unbelievable. If a family member is not "pretty" or socially accepted then it gets out everywhere. Every move they do, gets on the media. I think its possible that she did that to her daughter because of the pressure, but then again I really wouldn't know.

I think the pressure celebrities are under must be huge. Paparazzi are everywhere, friend turning to magazines and newspapers to get money for giving them rumors about you. Everywhere you go you are under watch and the looks is the most important. If you don't look good you got to change it. Anna Nicole knew that and so i think it could have been possible she would have done it to her child to not have her hear growing up that she is too fat or doesn't look good enough.

I am sure she was out for the best for her daughter but I am sure if she was involved with drugs, her decision weren't the best made.
