One sure way to flirt is to give him or her a look all over from head to toe - nod with approval and then flash him/her your most winning smile.

I will look at the guy from head to toe without his notice. I will frequently look at him till he notice that i'm actually looking at him. And when he look at me, i will give him a soft smile which this attract the guy to approach me even more. Well, the result? I win most of the time hahaha....
