I agree…. However, Time management should be planned according to work allocated. Unpleasant tasks should get high priority, so that they can be ceased first. Meeting friends at the end of day is highly rewarding as it gives us time to go out of our job scenario. Last but not the least, alcohol and nicotine should be avoided to certain extent, as it does no good. For a tiny example, we all are well aware that caffeine being a stimulant reacts with our body with the stress response.
