Da Vinci is more than a popular book. I think that sometimes we are getting caught up in all the fictional stories we hear.

Leanardo Davinici first exciting moment as a painter came when Verroccio asked him to help paint an angel in his "Baptism of Christ" piece.

Is there anyone else that likes Davinici history? I am an art buff and enjoy talking about the great artists.

leonardo's such a genius ^^ i admired his feat of artistic outputs too, but somehow i can never understand why is that monalisa's popularity is being overly exagerated though. what's so hot about that potrait...

looking at that potrait i feel as if im looking at a seductive woman (she did shaved her brows didn't she) and that lady giovanni could be pregnant (?)

ive read about leonardo pioneering the mirror technique, maybe monalisa's not a woman after all...it could be leo himself because most of the facial proportions are just about the same...
