E-mail spam: best practices for individuals

One tip is not to give email address at suspicious websites and newsletters that ask for email at the first go . you can always have a seperate email for this thing . also there are several diposable email services that ork quite nicely for such thing , these email are made on the fly for such tasks and also like for one site or work etc and then disposed , so you really do not need to give your email address .
