Never speak poorly about your current (previous) employer. This question is an opportunity to sell yourself, not air your dirty laundry.

If you do , then you are certainly off the job because if you say this about the previous one there is a sure shot thing that you will do this about the present one too , if you leave this job and go , so no one wants to employ somepne who cannot be grateful to a company who gave him the job .
And never be too detailed about the reason as that may look like you are trying to hide and cover up something with large words .
