My cooking is so asian influenced with balanceing of flavors. The only oil I use is coconut oil. If I don't have coconut oil then I don't cook. Coconut oil smells so great and litely perfumy and the food taste just as good. I used to just use olive oil but now every oil taste like poison to me. I don't deep fry anything anymore. Back in the olive oil days I used to barbque almost every day. Now it's the wok for me.
