Error 1706 from windows installer

I am using XP home and well I get this friggin Error 1706 upon startup and well can't get rid of the darn thing. I hit cancel it pops back up I have tried deleting the apparent program that it is trying to open and the program is gone from what I have done and well the error still persists.

The error is a TrayApp error 1706 via Windows Installer. I dislike this error and hope it burns.

First make sure you have external backups of your important personal data.
-You never know when Windows will crap out and not boot anymore.

Do you have HP Image Zone? Or have ever tried to install it?

If so that maybe the problem. Try installing it then reboot. See if that helped. If so then decide if you want that program installed. Or uninstall it.

If no to all try to installing latest service pack for WinXP Service Pack 2?
