Simple but helpful exercises
If you have not exercised in a long time and look to dread this here is a few helpful tips....
Find a time of day you can take 5 to 10 mins out to do simple exercises...
Put on a favorite cd or music to listen to while doing them. I find this relaxes me and helps me keep my mind off the dread things....
1.simple extend arm out and rotate in very small circles 5 times forward and 5 times back wards...
2. reach with the right hand to the left shoulder and then the left hand to right shoulder. Alternate back and forth for 10 counts.
3. Put hands on hips and bend to the right, then straight up bend forward, then straight up, then bend to the left and straight up, then bend backwards then straight up...do this for a full count of 5 ....
4. Bring you right foot forward slightly and bend with out bending knee
then do this to your left foot and leg...do this 5 times ...
That is it ...simple does not take much work but does give your body some stretching and helps the heart beat....
