Finding the time!

When finding time to lose weight you have to want to lose the weight and be able to find and stick to a routine that works in your life. Simple measures for losing weight would be simply to stop eating the junk food. i.e. Soda's, fast food, candy bars, snacks that include lots of carbs, and snacks that include lots of sodium. There are other things too like excersize but lets take your weight losing adventure one step at a time here.

So basically what above is saying is evaluate what you eat and cut down where you think you can. I would have to say it is like quiting anything start slow and gradually wean yourself off of the bad things and start introducing the good things like salad (but watch out for dressing), water would be best not only will it fill the void in your stomach but will easily allow you to lose calories as calories are nothing but the amount of energy it takes to heat a liter of water 1 degree centegrade at least that is what I was taught in school.

Moving right along once you have evaluated and started to make those better eating choices and this varies for everyone you might as well start looking to lose a few more calories a day. You know actually take the dog for a walk, or go ride your bike and if you are really feeling up to it go to the gym. But bare in mind a gym can be found right in the comfort of your own home with the video's that are available today TaeBo with Billy Blanks is perty good and will get that old heart rate a pumpin.

These are the tips that I would recommend doing for advanced tips go see a personal trainer and make sure they have been working there longer than a year cause you don't want to get stuck with the newb.
