What age bracket will the beginner fall into?

What age bracket will the beginner fall into?
* 12 and you could go for the junior rackets
Specifications :-
-105-110 square inch head size. Basically oversize helps as the sweet spot is larger i.e. larger area of contact for beginners.
-Weight-8.7 ounces. Aluminum Alloy construction. Let it be not too heavy.
-3 7/8" grip size.
Babolat - Pure Junior, AeroPro Junior
* If beginner over 12 :-
-Keep it Oversize 110-120sq inch; reasons same as above larger contact area.
-Weight-10 ounces
-Length - 27-28 inches
-Grip Size - 4 1/8 inches
Babolat Pure Drive Oversize,Prince Air DB Oversize are some you could try.
