Religion as Science
I always despair a little when I see religious philosophers trying to line up religion next to science in the hope that a little of science's credibility will rub off.
As science marches forward, and the scientific method becomes a more and more credible way of understanding natural phenomena, religious "theories" are becoming increasingly irrelevant, almost to the point of being comical.
Religion is meaningful and very powerful when it helps us to understand moral, social and spiritual issues. The question of how you live a good, moral life, and share the world with other people is probably the most important question of all.
