Role playing could be expensive considering the costumes that you have to buy, but be creative; buy the handcuffs and a fake revolver or better yet, a water gun. You could be the cop who arrests her for "indecent exposure." Handcuff her to the staircase (or the like) and rub her body down slowly with the gun (that's the element of danger that women love so much).
If you have a water gun, spread her legs open and spray her vagina -- that's sure to please the best of them. Now obviously I don't mean that you should spray her as though you're trying to fill a balloon. Remain sexual at all times.
Another accessory that you could add to the costume to make it more authentic is mirror sunglasses. If she can't see your eyes, she'll take you, and the situation, more seriously.
The setting has to be right. If she has had a rough day, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be thrilled if you grabbed her by the hair when she got home and handcuffed her to a table. So remember that there's a time and a place for everything.
