What is home theatre?
Quite simply, when you watch a movie at home, a home theatre system is used to recreate the sound and picture of a movie theatre to enhance your movie-watching experience. However, this doesn't just apply to movies. Home theatres are used for television and music listening as well. Also, some people believe that the equipment just doesn't involve your amplifiers, TV's, VCR's, and speakers either. Having theatre seats, theatre-like lighting, and even a popcorn machine can add to the movie-watching experience. However, it's the sound and video equipment we'll be looking at the most.
