Cooking meat and fish
I like to lightly pan fry meat or fish, maybe in a little oil, or barbecuing is also good. In Australia, we're very big on barbecuing, even in winter! Do you do barbecues in the Phillipines?
Do you deep-fry the whole chicken, or just pieces? I've heard of an American recipe where they deep fry a whole turkey! (in a VERY big pot, presumably, and with a fire extinguisher on hand)
