Anyone knows how to make lefse - a norwegian food?

Hey there,

My grandmother used to make lefse, a Norweigan food that is basically a potato tortilla. I always meant to have her teach me how to make it, but I never got around to it. :(

So, now I have her recipe and the lefse rolling stick thing, but I'm not sure how to go about it. The recipe doesn't really talk about technique. Help!
