:) Apparently, attorneys can still prosecute sexual assaults without any incriminating DNA found on the victim. The alleged victim in this assualt, had the kind of bruising and redness that usually indicates a rape or attempted rape has occurred.
Also at issue, is the arrogant and entitled attitute many of the Lacross players had to those outside their school or even outside their own little sports clique.
It will be interesting to see how this ends.
