Dry eyes

Anyone experiencing this Dry eyes syndrome? Oh my, this hurts. I am having dry eyes lately because of 9.45 hours infront of the computer at work. Especially im on the graveyard shift and the room temperature is cold because of the aircon. What medications are you guys taking? any good habit that I might help reduce this?
