In 2004, law abiding citizen handed over 10 million items left on public places and public transportations. Among the thousands of items were umbrellas and cellphones and most of this items is found to be abandoned belongings. Other items were reptiles, divorced papers and body parts. A trash collector even found $22400 in a shoe box.
