The infamous Rembrandt painting called Jacob III de Chelyn painted in 1632 has been surprisingly stolen and recovered from museum galleries no less than four times. This is the reason why the pocket sized portrait the most stolen picture. It has been returned anonymously each time and as a result, no one have been charged with theft. The painting is so well known that thieves would find it virtually impossible to sell.

Hmm, where is this painting at? I imagine it is at Europe. How much is it worth? That is probably why it's stolen so much, cause old paintings tend to be worth alot of money. I find it funny how the painting is returned anonymously each time it is stolen.
