Imagine how mummy-fiers removed the brains…
Check this out! When I was surfing for my friend’s research paper on mummification I found this article and it really shocks me.
We all know that mummification is the process of embalming and preserving dead people especially of royal bloods during the ancient time in Egypt. Of course, the embalmer removed all the organs inside the body and of course, that includes the brains.
And what is the catch? The embalmer removed the brain by pulling it through the nostrils with a hooked knife. They did not think that the brain was important so they just throw it away.
