Don't forget to include objective in your resume

Many people forget to update the "Objective" or "Goal" section on their resume. This is very important, because it states what you are looking for in a job. It should also reflect your vision for yourself professionally, without being too wordy. Before you send out the resume, take a few moments to update your objective, tailoring it for the job you are applying for.

U mean I should custom write that objective with the job I'm applying for?
Shouldn't the objective be same no matter where I go?

Objective lets the employer know about your intensity in the job you are looking forward to. Objective should be brief stating why you are willing for the job and how much you can dedicate yourself to make it successful.

I thnk here we were taught to include that on the top of the resume . Like the first potion will have your name and contact details and the second portion will have the about me followed by the objective .
Thats a good practice i think mainly because in the starting only only you are putting forward the thing that the employer or HR wants out of you .
One more thing that the objective must not be overdone and be realistic and to the point .
