Flat tire replacement

I got a flat tire and had to replace the whole tire. Since my others weren't brand new the tire shop suggested I just buy a used tire from them that had about the same wear on it.

I did that and now the tire makes a really funny sound. Just like a thum-thump as it goes around. I guess because it's not worn the same way? I don't know. I'm worried that something is wrong. It's in a mini-van so the only people that hear it are those in the back right above the odd tire.

Should I have it checked out?
