My pet peeve

I work in an industry that uses a lot of seasonal help, and I review the resumes and cover letters sent to us. One thing that really bothers me is when people send cover letters that are obviously boilerplate... not personalized to the job we are offering. Also, punctuation, grammar and spelling are key! Proofread it, and have other people proofread it. Then proofread it again.
Thanks

This happens everywhere , I have seen some resumes on the internet and i wonder how can people risk with such mistakes . because spell errors and punctuation mistakes are something horrible and may turn off the job provider at the first go only .
More so , if you are even more qualifies and have exceptional skills from the job , it becomes difficullt to convince the provider because of the errors .
