Killer whale attack

I just wanted to share a little bit of perspective on the killer whale "attack" that happened at Sea World earlier this week. Instead of being a tragedy, this is actually a great testimony to the relationship the trainers have with these whales. A grumpy killer whale was persuaded to release her trainer when she could very well have killed him. The trainers at Sea World reacted very professionally in response when they realized what was going on. They had a plan, they followed it, and it worked just the way it was supposed to. Hurray for positive reinforcement training!

i think she mentioned her trainer, and it was another trainer who persuaded the whale perhaps...

wonder what made the whale attack in the first place

probably not, never heard of a whale eating any humans before, probably the whale was angry or something
