Thanks to the people at Merijn.org that has been made quite easy, they have a utility called CWShredder, this will remove all traces of the CWS trojan and variants, this is the most common SpyWare trojan at present.

Then you should install a piece of software called SpyWareBlaster. This will monitor your system for future SpyWare attacks and prevent them getting their hooks into your browser. SpyWareBlaster is developed by Javacool Software.

If you have any problems installing either of the above applications you may need to install this VB runtime patch.

Finally you should also install another great piece of Anti-SpyWare called Spybot Search & Destroy, I have personally found this to be the most usefull of all the Anti-SpyWare utilities.
