Prime rib

Mmmm, a really nice juicy prime rib with a baked potato with sour cream and butter on top. The prime rib should be tender enough to cut with a fork, then you can dip it in some au jus sauce, and horseradish if you like. It should just completely melt in your mouth. Now that's American cooking.

No, it's not beef ribs. It is a very tender cut of beef that typically is well marbled with fat. It's a delicious piece of meat, especially when prepared well.
