Windows does not to my knowledge have email properties. Do you mean Outlook express, Outlook or Thunderbird - or any other standalone email program?

Even i do not get it and why doesnot windows have such properties , if i may ask , the outlook is one such such program and is designed to manage the email properties of yours . it can manage several inboxes at one time , and it comes with the windows package . also , though there are known issues with the outlook program still it remains one of the most used ones .
