Highly sensitive people

Being a friend to a highly sensitive person can at times seem more than its worth, but God puts people together for reasons. A highly sensitve person needs understanding and loving friends to help them bring balance into their lives.

As a friend of a highly sensitive person it is often helpful to ask if they want you to just listen to them or to help solve an issue. I've found that often times, my H.S. friends just want to talk through their emotions, not get advise.

It's also very important to not use judgement statements when with your H.S. friends. I've learned that words like "I can't stand..." or "I'm sooo mad at..." usually has entirely different connotations to the highly sensitive than to those who just blurt out. A H.S. person usually weighs their words very carefully and analyzes conversations over and over in their heads.

I've found that my H.S. friends will often times start conversations with "Are you mad at me?" I've told them to please not do that, but it often times means that they will get mad often and don't yet understand that you may not take every little detail to heart.

Be patient, be understanding and smile - your H.S. friends will be grateful.

Whooo, analyzes,entirely different connotations,I mean, judgement statements about highly sensitve people or persons,
and their emotions and conversations that are over my head.And,they are have conversations over and over in their heads,
I just figured out, that I should have finished with that ther Middle School back then.Are you mad at me?I know
