How to change a flat tire
First things first, when you have a blow out , gently guide your vehicle to the side of the road - don't make any sudden moves, as you could lose control of your car.
The first thing your want to do is firmly set the emergency brake. You should do this any time that you are going to jack your car up. If you can find something to put behind one of the tires to keep it from rolling, such as a big rock, that would be good.
Now, get your lug wrench, and your jack.
Remove your hubcaps or anything else that might keep you from getting to the lugs. A lot of times, your lug wrench will have a tapered end for doing this.
At this point, you should loosen the lugnuts- but only one turn- Do Not Completely Remove The Lugnuts ! This is very important.
Now that your lugnuts are a little loose, you will need to jack up the car. you want to raise it enough to accommodate the replacement tire.
Once the car is raised sufficiently, you can now completely remove the lugnuts. Try to put them somewhere easy to remember, but out of the way enough so that they don't get kicked.
Now, you are going to pull off the flat tire. you're halfway done !
Go ahead and put your replacement tire on the bolts, and start to put the lugs on by hand, at least for a few turns. After that, you can use your lug wrench to get them the rest of the way on... you shouldn't tighten them fully just yet- they should just be a little tight.(you don't want to rock your car when it is in the air! )
At this point, we're ready to lower the car. After the car is completely lowered, you can now wrestle with those lugnuts until they are really tight.
Put all of your stuff away , and move the rock that you put behind the tire, if you did that.
Congratulations, you're done

Or, you can flip out your handphone, dial, and call your mechanic!

Call the mechanic and pay him for what you could have done it all your self!
What if you are in a place where your mobile signals are out?
Of course, when a lovely woman is standard on the road with a punctured tyre there will be many other motorists who would like to help!
Well to know the art is better than to be dependent.

Well, the truth is, if i have a flat tire, i wouldn't change it myself, because of the safety reason. Imagine a girl, alone, being stranded at the side of the road, with a flat tire, attempting to change the tire herself. It'll make the girl look vulnarable. People might stop to help anyway even if the girl got the situation under control, but with a bad intention. You know what i mean, right?

You got a point there. It's not even safe now a day to go for jog let alone changing a tyre in a deserted area. If it's in the middle of the town, maybe it's ok. But for a guy, the art of changing a tyre is a must. Plus, you could impress a girl with it.

OH now stop with the women can not or what ever with a flat tire...he he
I can change a flat tire and be safe about. You need to learn and know how to do it..
Now that I am older and have grown son's they have to come and change it lol
I have to say thou years ago us women where taught how to take care of simple maintenance on a car. We did not take it to the mechanic for simple things or depend on a male to do it. My father taught me how to do simple things of maintenance and how to change the tire. As I can see now days that is not happening so I guess that why everyone has a cell phone.
he he me too a cell to call the boy's lol

i think it's still not safe for a girl to do so, notice girl, not woman, ehehheheh
but then again, if you do face a flat tire and you know you can get it done yourself, getting it done quick n fast might be better than siting there waiting,
if you really have difficulties doing it yourself, well, wat to do, call sumone for help
