Dems tell pelosi she needs to follow, not just lead
My opinion she need to go back home and take care of her family.
Peachy will admit openly that she is not for these women to come in and take over...sorry a mans job.
We are not dealing with just the everyday child care this is our country and dealing with other people including men of different countries and guess what they are not as nice as the men in the US.
I can see her eaten up and spit out...
And Hillary you think twice before running for the big spot ....
You need to stay right where you are and let the men take care of the country, that what wrong with us now to many women think they know it all...

I dunno peachey.
Men have run the world long enough i think and not very well at that!!
Let's take a look at the history of men:
- Started wars that killed and maimed over half a billion people at least over the years!
Perhaps, women should be given a chance at proving themselves.. Many says that women are more compasionate and will less likely to start wars and more likely to talk about problems. Women are more 'communicative' and they are more expert at that that men... men when faced with problems will resort to violence 9 out of ten times...
Of course, there are exceptions like Condoleeza Rice... she's more like a 'man of war' than a true woman!
I agree with you that women are better at 'raising children' as well.. in fact, i think women are superior to men in many, many ways... even in the corporate world.... except maybe pararrel parking!!
Anyways, give hillary a chance... i think she's good for the country... you get both her and Bill Clinton, who's a master at running the country...

Nice to see you back Cool. Have missed your great discussions.
Hillary and Bill....hmmmm first man of the house ....Gee I could think of other men I would rather have for the first man...but then she married him not me.
Women in the government..still have to say they need to watch what they are doing. I can see a lot happening not in favor. Another thing women do have compassion but not for other women. Leads me to believe that women of American might just become or have to compromise with more women now getting in the white house.
Women have a thing to tell another women if they can do it any women can and do not feel for them. But on the other hand a women heart can be won over fast from a man...

Yah, I have been extremely busy lately... also, i find that arguing about religion goes no where because once people's mind have been made up, no amount of logic or facts can change it.
I check in here once a while now.
As women in politics, the way i see it, since men have not been doing such a good job, let's give women a chance...
I mean, no amount of debating can tell us anything because no matter how much research we do, you still need the testing phase. So, let's give women a chance and test it out... it may proof way better than men! who knows!
Men have always shown too much violence and they do not like working with other ppl, and too much ego, which i believe is not a good ingredient for working together to create world peace.
For example, the only way America deal with other countries is:
" This is what we want, and you take it or leave it" or,
" This is what we want, and if you dont' take it, we'll destroy your reputation in the media, and if that dont' work, we'll drop bombs and destroys your whole country and hang your president"
Maybe women will want to join the world into a ONE world government. Only with a powerful ONE UNITED NATION can all the probs of hte world be resolved.

Guess have to sit back and take a look and see what happens. But still know that men are the stronger and not sure about the women ..but wait and see what happens...
Now I see the ex mayor of New York is thinking of running. He might have some type of chance not sure have to watch all that are thinking of running in next couple of years and see who going to come out with great things that needs to be worked on not just say them but have a plan and look at past records . Want to see people that really accomplished things when they said they did. Not just talk about we can or what if's...

Yes, agreed. Sit back and see if women CAN indeed do a better job.
But I think they can. For thousands of years, we have kept women at home and everyone seems to think that women can't run a business or manage a multi national organization or corporation. Today, some of the largest corporations have women at the helm. So, I guess they have indeed proven that they can do a job as good or better than men.
I think you're talking about Rudy Juliani, and about him running for President. I think you're right that he will most likely go for it... but that scares me cause he's got a good chance of winning. People who are war-like scares me and Rudy promoted the IRAQ war.
I would much prefer a liberal President who's progressive than a conservative, right wing, religious one.

Rudy Juliani yes that is who I was referring to. I have to say if he does get in and run the others are really going to have a fight on their hands. As we all know he was the Main Man in New York when the towers come down and did do a lot for the people that lost homes and love ones. He made sure everyone was taken care of.

Now the other day I hear that Tommy Thompson is thinking about running. Now he been governor of the state I live in.
I have meet him and his family and they are nice people.
He did alot for Wisconsin, I have to say alot more than the recent governors.
I guess if people are going to run for the president we need a strong person that will want to look at the people and help them instead of war.
