Error 1706 dealing with TrayApp

Hello to all,

I have been having a problem with my computer. I keep getting this windows installer TrayApp coming up upon startup. I try and click cancel but the darn thing just pops right back up. I have went into my registry and try to see if I can even find a file of TrayApp and I can't find anything. So, if there is anyone out there that knows if I should either get rid of Windows Installer which I am not sure if that will mess up the computer further or how to get rid of this TrayApp from coming up when I start my computer that would be wonderful.

Try formatting or if u have a lots of stuff then simply clean it's registry
