Are you eating right?
Eliminate all allergic foods, and try and consume less of these foods that may cause any reaction
Avoid sugar and sweet as unstable blood-sugar levels can cause fatigue. Instead, eat small and frequent meals to maintain a normal blood glucose level. More emphasis should be given to complex carbohydrates such as vegetables, whole grain and beans.
Herbs like garlic and ‘tulsi’leaves, are effective against intestinal parasites, another factor related to CFS.
