Chocolate dipped biscuits - easy desserts
Melt good quality chocolate in a double boiler (a smaller saucepan placed over boiling water in a large saucepan) till just melted. DO not overheat. Dip biscuits to cover with chocolate, and layout on greaseproof paper to set.(If using a microwave to melt the chocolate, use on half power and stir frequently to prevent over heating)
