If you can’t resist a few drinks
Fill your glass with ice:
You will not be able to get so much booze in. Or just add soda water.
Measure it:
When you pour wine and spirits at home, it’s easy to be overgenerous. In fact, research shows that home measures are often double the size they should be. Buy bar measures and drink from small glasses.
Suck it:
Drinking through a straw makes you drink slower.
