Yoghurt
Ever tried making paneer tikkas, barbecued chicken or ‘roasted fish’-in short, anything to do with grilling? You will know that yoghurt is the magic ingredient for almost all the marinades. It softness the meat and carries the spices into the heart of the morsel.
Nutritive value: Research shows that yoghurt is packed with microscopic warriors-good bacteria that restore the digestive track to normalcy after a course of antibiotics. A cup (250g) gives us 370mg of calcium and 8g of protein. People who are lactose intolerant are usually able to digest yoghurt, because the lactose in the milk is converted to lactic acid.

You are right and Yogart also does help the digestive system in getting rid of some of the fat in your system.
I love yogart, and use it in a lot of my cooking and use some with speads on sandwiches it is great...

Pro. peachey, In fact, there are many differences in spelling between the US and UK English. Since I studied in the UK English medium, I tend to spell it the UK way. For me the rest are wrong. That's how it goes!

Well, on all the containers of yogurt that I buy, it is spelled y-o-g-u-r-t . I don't think I've ever seen it spelled with an a, but it might be a regional variation. I'm from the Western United States, so you can place where I'm coming from. But yogurt is quite delicious.

Dannon is a brand name here in the US that is well know for their yogurt.
There is Dannon, Yoplait, and few others but those are like the biggest ones. Sorry forget sometimes there are places that do not have these brands.
