Link building happens to be one of the biggest thing happening in the web marketing.

Linking to other websites, finding sites that are willing to take on your site and maybe do an link exchange. Meaning you like to my page I will link to yours...

Is the amount of links on a site making the site go use or it is cluttering the internet with worthless information??

Will search engines get smart to the linking to each other and having hundreds of links to sites sitting all over the place????

Lets hear your opion of this ???

link building is good, but it takes sooooo much work to link to a great deal of sites, plus, your site is gonna be featuring lots of other sites, which is distracting

don't you think so?

Well, that depend. Say if you have a website about fitness. Then you put up buch of links regarding some other fitness affiliate programs or products, it won't be too confusing. It'll be like your site is providing usefull sources relating to fitness. At least that's how i look at it.

Yeah you have a point. If you got to a website that has other websites which are related to the topic, and also helpful, then it's not such a bad thing. That's also smart marketing. More people are likely to come to your website if you put links in a website that is closely related to it. But, if you go to a website that has links to a bunch of random websites, that's pretty annoying, and I think it'll get you alot less visitors.

Relevant links are important to any site. It also helps in site ranking in search engines.

So always try to get similar kind of links for your site. In this manner you will get relevant traffic & users for your site. It will definitely boost revenue of your site.

Wow, relative linking improves site rankings? By site rankings you mean something like Google page rank or Alexa page rankings, right? I never knew that relative site linking helped with the rankings..What other factors determine website rankings?
