According to what my friends and college career counselors, taking personality or skill tests and seeking career guidance are other means of boosting your quests. What do you think? Are they correct? Yes , I am afraid that they are taken every where , and if you are not prepared as yet you may do that now .I n IT field i have given a total of six placement test and all have a necessary and mandatory apitude and GD . Though it is way different from your required skill set , it determines if a person can do that job as a professional because he is needed to speak up at many places , and do assignments that may require a good personality also and sometimes people lack skills such as communication skills etc.
