How do you achieve winning career plan?

Good career plan serve as a lamppost that lights your way as you navigate bumps and potholes for a smoother ride along the corporate highway.Your choice of career, like most major decisions in life, is one of those life-defining actions whose outcome depends largely on self-defining actions whose outcome depends largely on self-knowledge. Poor self-awareness ends up in jobs that are far from your college majors, or job-hopping. Ask yourself. Who am I? What matters to me most? The answers of these questions will give you valuable insights into your skills and abilities, interests, values, personal portraits and work style. Study careers. There are thousands of occupations in today’s work world. Without plan, it is so easy to make an ill-fitting job choice. However, with an honest self-assessment, you have a greater chance of hitting a career-bull’s eye. Collect occupational intelligence. Read publication on careers that appeal to you. The internet is amazing resource centers that can you give your search a big push. Reach out to other people. You interview persons in the same fields that interest you.

Yeah that was a great post. Your right, many people just get themselves a job, but they are never fully satisfied because they didn't ask themselves what they wanted in the first place. If you really dig deep in yourself and figure out what you want, you have a greater idea of what you should be doing.

Winning career plan , would be only when the job you get into or the business you start off is as interesting as you want it to be . And preferably that can only happen when you do something that you have been interested in from a long time , or maybe something like a hobby turned into a professional job .
Even in a case it can be that you feel strongly and passionately about things and decideto take it up as a profession .
That ways it would give you economical and mental satisfaction .
