Fast food is the best type of food

Fast food, ever wondered why they're called that?
coz it's fast food dudes!

buy it fast, eat it fast and get on with your business!
fantastic, I'm lovin it

no need to waste time waiting for your food, it's a sin to wait for your food for ages, food should be ready for consumption anytime you're ready to eat!

I know what you mean. I think fast food tastes great. There are a lot of people that complain about how greasy it is but I just can't resist a good quarter pounder with cheese sometimes.

I was kind of upset when Mickey D's got rid of their Supersized value meals. Now everything is undersized and more expensive.

pros and cons. I am a big fast food consumer because I have to deal with strange work hours as i work in a cinema. Usually we have to order quick food that can be eaten quick as well. I tend to get sick after eating the same kind of meal everyday for like a week, so for a change i go for thai fast food, arab fast food, french hamburgers or full mac do.

Anyway my point is that one of my colleague is around 50 and she just got back from the doctor for low tension troubles. Blood analyse reveals that she has huge iron deficiencies and this is mainly because of eating fast foods most of the time, not taking the time to fully eat the meat and also not enough meat.

I think fast food are great, no matter where you live, but every one and then people should be reminded to take care of their health and balance with a regular meal at the table.

I am one of those people who think fast food, McDonald's in particular, are too greasy. But that is just me. I don't think there is anything wrong with eating fast food.

But everything must come in moderation. Fast food does not really provide the nutrients the body needs and is loaded with unwanted carbohydrates. The best meal you can treat your body to is still a good homecooked meal.

To me there is still nothing better than a homecooked meal (your favourite one) and than just taking time eating and enjoying beeing with your family. Even if this just happens on weekends, I still think it is important. Homemade food is healthier and fresher. And when you prepare the food yourself you know whats in it, or do you want to tell me you know what is in the food at a fast food restaurant ? If you make a homecooked meal you can buy the quality you want, while at a fast food restaurant they serve the quality that they want (and if this is always the best qulity I don't know). But I do understand that at a break from work or if you are busy fast food is the best solution. It doesn't have to be mac do or burger king, it can be all sorts of fast food and that is awesome. I love getting a kebaproll when I am busy and just have time for a fast meal. :D

i mean, it's great to eat with friends and just hang out after a long day from school..
when i was in high school, we always went to McDonalds to eat lots and lots of fries..!

i LOVE their fries..

i also like eating burgers from burger king..

Well here students don't go to McDonalds that often though. I remember my school was close to McDonalds and when it was warm outside the teachers invited us sometimes to McDonalds for Ice-Cream, but after school never anybody went to McDonalds. Normally when a school year ended the whole class (about 20 - 30 people) went out for lunch together with the teachers, but never to McDonalds, always to a Restaurant (mostly Italian, because they had such a variety of different foods). And if I went somewhere with friends after school it was normally to this fish fast food restaurant which if very popular in my city. And I am in the age of people that love fast food. I guess it is different from region to region though and also depends on the people. Some person in my family would rather die than eat any burger from McDonalds, he just choose fries all the time ! And that is the person that cooks in this family.

wow, never thought there were countries who actually hated food from mcdonalds..!
hmm..
i guess it is diffrent, from region to region..
and not all mcdonalds' cook the same way..

i mean, an example is that there's a fastfood place here called jollibee, and when i saw the launch of a new branch in california, i clearly noticed that the burgers wer way bigger there than what they provide us here in the philippines..
hahaha..

I am not at all surprised. But if I were to choose between Jollibee and McDonald's, I'd go for Jollibee anytime. I really hate the greasiness of the burgers they serve at McDonald's.

Yeah, Jollibee's chicken joy is good too, but I prefer KFC. Speaking of fast food chicken meals, I've grown sick of Kenny Rogers Roasters.

i just go there for the ribs thingy they have..

I would say fast food is an express food. Thas for sure. When i'm starving and i'm not in mood to wait for my foods, i'll go to the nearest fast food restaurant. The best type of food? Nope. I don't think so. I think a home cooked meals are the best, especially when my grandma cooked it. Yumm!
