Changing careers

I need to take the plunge - big time. I'm not happy in my current career. Unfortunately, it's a specialized niche (tax negotiations). I am unsure how to begin and where to begin. I'm also nervous that I won't be able to earn the income I am earning how.

Has anyone here totally changed careers? How did it go? Any advice you may have would be great!! :(

I never changed career before as i've always been a freelancer sort of person. The thing is, i understand your worries. Before you make any decision, here's a piece of advise. Why stay doing things that you're not happy with. It'll only discourage you more to go through your every day life and make yourself miserable in the end. Is the pay worth it, in trade of your happiness?

Haha! Look can be deceiving. Plus that picture was taken last year if i'm not mistaken. I'm 23 now. I've been doing freelance writing, repairing pc and simple web designing. Believe it or not, i tried to open a coffee shop before, but it didn't work out. Now i'm learning to trade.

Why are you so unsure at the first place ? What did you study and why is the niche being so not so known to you ?
First ask yourself thesequestions and come to some conclusion , then if yoou really want to do thing different leaving this aside , take up some thing that enthusiases you . You can get that from the list of your hobbies and activities you like to do .try your hand at some freelancing .
