What is an internet?

The way I was acquainted with Internet might be different from the rest
Internet is a cyber-space, an effective frontier, a digital analog of the wild world. This is free for all in which everything is possible and everything is allowable. Any brave and daring but cyber-literate individuals could find a home in this cyberspace as their zone. Many other perceptions are changing rapidly as commercial and everyday uses of the Internet proliferate and as the Internet become a communication tool available to all.
Internet might have different faces. My idea of internet could be something, which is not identical with the rest. The way I was acquainted with it, I know that it has its versatile uses. What about you?

this i don't agree, internet is not THAT capable to the extent of "everything" being possible and allowable right, there are laws and restrictions to the internet as well
